GEL Engineering

Gel Engineering are an award-winning engineering organisation based in Enfield, North London. When they were looking to open an engineering centre of excellence for design and fabrication in Weymouth, to service the South and South-west of England, we were delighted to receive a call from their Business Development Manager, George.

Gel Engineering is an established brand, however having worked with George on various projects in the past he had confidence that we could handle the Gel brand guidelines with care and attention delivering what was required to “Gelify” the new premises. As a new site, there were budget constraints, so we had to work together to find creative solutions in order to maximise the budget. We designed, manufactured and installed illuminated signage to the front elevation of the building, which was the key element to establish Gel’s place on the map. We also designed and produced a large wall graphic, which combined digital print with CNC cut illuminated elements. This enables them to welcome clients to a premises that reflects their corporate identity. Since launch we have gone on to produce health and safety signage, job boards, tough plans for site work and small format print to support the admin team. Print Shop Express have become cemented as a key supplier for Gel Engineering, we also produce materials for trade shows and open days along with various print and signage requirements for head office.
